Following the exercises, discomfort which is slight and lasts for only few minutes is not harmful; however, should you experience severe discomfort lasting for more than 15-20 minutes, do not continue to perform exercises unless you contact your physician.

Please do these exercises while sitting upright or standing.

  • Put your hand onto your forehead. Try to push your head forward while trying to hold it with your hands stable. Count until 5 and relax. Do this exercise 3 times a day and 15 times in each session.

  • Put your hands behind your head (not onto nape), try to push your head backwards while trying to it with your hands stable. Count until 5 and relax. Do this exercise 3 times a day and 15 times in each session.

  • Put your right hand on the right side of your face and try to push your head towards right side while trying to avoid it with your right hand. Count until 5 and relax. Do this exercise 3 times a day and 15 times in each session. Repeat the same exercise with your left hand.
  • Turn your head right gently and wait for three seconds. Rotate your head to normal position. Relax. Do the exercise by turning your head to the other side. Do this exercise 3 times a day and 15 times in each session.
